Mike Maseda, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Maseda is President & Chief Executive Officer of Avisena. He is responsible for leading the growth of the firm, as well as strengthening Avisena’s ability to deliver service through strategic management of operations throughout the organization. His career spans across Professional Employment Organizations/HR Outsourcing Companies (PEOs), Strategic Consulting Firms, and Telecommunications. Mr. Maseda comes to Avisena from ADP TotalSource, a division of ADP (NYSE: ADP), where he held several senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Southeast Region. While at ADP, he was instrumental in growing a $10M business to nearly $300M today as well as exceeding financial results in all categories. Before his 11 year tenure at ADP, Mr. Maseda was a Manager in Strategic Services at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Maseda holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami (UM); a Master of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York (SUNY); and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is also involved in his community as a Miami member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as well as a member of the Baptist Health Foundation.

David Chaney, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chaney is Chief Financial Officer of Avisena. He is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the company. Mr. Chaney has forged his career in the finance and venture capital industries. He comes to Avisena from The Keyes Company, the largest independently held real estate company in Florida, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his tenure with Keyes, Mr. Chaney was a venture capitalist with Constellation Ventures and Prospect Street Ventures where he focused on software and technology investments, including 24/7 Real Media, Capital IQ, and K12. Mr. Chaney graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Keith Ashley, Vice President of Product Development

Keith Ashley is the Vice President of Product Development.  He is responsible for developing strategies for the management and direction of the product development and information technology departments.  Prior to Avisena Mr. Ashley worked at Answerthink (NASDAQ: ANSR), a $300MM (FY ‘01) management and technology consulting firm, where he served as a Senior Application Developer in the Electronic Commerce and eStrategy Practices.  Some of his clients include Fannie Mae, Home Shopping Network and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  He holds a degree from Florida State University in Computer Science.

Natalia Mosquera, Vice President of Client Services and Collections

Natalia Mosquera, is the Vice President of Client Services and Collections. She is responsible for delivering Avisena’s core values of providing excellent and reliable client service while creating successful partnerships with Avisena’s clients. Prior to joining Avisena, Ms. Mosquera worked as a Management Systems Engineer for Jackson Memorial Hospital, which has been recognized internationally for being an academic medical organization. While at JMH, Ms. Mosquera worked on improving processes, which helped identify the root causes for lost revenue associated with billing, and unbilled accounts. Ms. Mosquera is a Johnson & Johnson Six Sigma Black Belt with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Florida International University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
