Joseph P. Radigan, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Radigan is Chief Executive Officer of Avisena. He is responsible for leading the growth of the firm, as well as strengthening Avisena’s ability to deliver service through strategic management of operations throughout the organization. Mr. Radigan brings more than twenty-five (25) years of senior executive healthcare services experience to Avisena. The five years before joining Avisena, he worked as an advisor for GlobalCare, a WFD Venture portfolio company based in Atlanta, GA. Joe spent the first half of his career in operations and process improvement before building sales and distribution as a senior manager. He embodies the characteristics essential to leading a growing organization. His strong executive and personal skills — along with his keen understanding of the role of culture in a company’s success — have been demonstrated throughout his long career. He served as COO of the international healthcare claims management and cost containment firm, Hygeia Corporation. Radigan has proven his ability to lead top-performing teams — helping transform much admired organizations such as Beech Street Corporation, John Alden Life Insurance Company, Equicor (Equitable/HCA), HealthcareUSA, and CIGNA Corporation. Radigan holds a B.S., Public Administration - Health Services from the University of Arizona.

Keith Ashley, Vice President of Product Development

Keith Ashley is the Vice President of Product Development.  He is responsible for developing strategies for the management and direction of the product development and information technology departments.  Prior to Avisena Mr. Ashley worked at Answerthink (NASDAQ: ANSR), a $300MM (FY ‘01) management and technology consulting firm, where he served as a Senior Application Developer in the Electronic Commerce and eStrategy Practices.  Some of his clients include Fannie Mae, Home Shopping Network and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  He holds a degree from Florida State University in Computer Science.

Timothy Mills, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Timothy Mills is vice president of sales and marketing with Avisena, where he is responsible for directing the development and implementation of strategies to reinforce the company’s brand and drive its market growth. With more than 20 years experience in the deployment of technology and services to the healthcare provider market, Mills was previously senior vice president of provider operations with NaviNet, America’s largest real-time healthcare communications network that links healthcare plans with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Before this, he was vice president of sales and business development with Spheris, a services firm that provides outsourced medical transcription, clinical documentation and other services to more than 500 health systems, hospitals, clinics and group practices. Earlier in his career, Mills was national sales director with CSC Healthcare Systems, a global provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions to payers and providers.A frequent speaker who has presented before the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the World Health Congress, Mills holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Natalia Mosquera, Vice President of Client Services and Collections

Natalia Mosquera, is the Vice President of Client Services and Collections. She is responsible for delivering Avisena’s core values of providing excellent and reliable client service while creating successful partnerships with Avisena’s clients. Prior to joining Avisena, Ms. Mosquera worked as a Management Systems Engineer for Jackson Memorial Hospital, which has been recognized internationally for being an academic medical organization. While at JMH, Ms. Mosquera worked on improving processes, which helped identify the root causes for lost revenue associated with billing, and unbilled accounts. Ms. Mosquera is a Johnson & Johnson Six Sigma Black Belt with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from Florida International University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Eric Bello, Vice President of Finance

Mr. Bello is responsible for financial, human resource and compliance activities for Avisena. Before joining Avisena in 2008, Mr. Bello was CFO of Quipp, Inc. a NASDAQ traded public company. Mr. Bello served Quipp in various capacities from 1999 until 2008 and led their Finance department during an active period of the company's history. He managed the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley regulations, coordinated the due diligence and integration of acquisitions, and assisted the company with strategic alternatives that resulted in the sale of Quipp to a Fortune 200 corporation. Prior to joining Quipp, he served as Corporate Controller of Med-Waste, Inc., a company involved in medical waste management; Controller of Nature's Products, Inc., a vitamin manufacturer; and Controller of the U.S. Division of Althin Medical, Inc., a multinational medical device manufacturer. Mr. Bello began his Finance career on the auditing staff of KPMG LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an accounting degree from the University of Florida.
