Albert Santalo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Santalo is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avisena. As a founder of the company, he has led the growth of the firm from origination to its current size. Prior to Avisena, Mr. Santalo worked at Answerthink (NASDAQ: ANSR), a management and technology consulting firm, where he served as Director in the IT Transformation and Strategy Practice. During his tenure at Answerthink, Mr. Santalo worked with Global 2000 with business process transformation. His contributions led to hundreds of millions of dollars in growth and savings for his clients. Some of his global clients include Bausch and Lomb, Ivax Pharmaceuticals, Roche Pharmaceuticals, AOL/Time Warner, Waste Management, 3Com Corporation, Republic Industries, Florida Power and Light, ADP/TotalSource, Alliance Data Systems, Precision Response Corporation, AutoNation USA and First Data Corporation. Prior to Answerthink, Mr. Santalo held several leadership positions at information technology consulting and outsourcing firms. Mr. Santalo also is the lead inventor and has a U.S. patent pending for Avisena’s Accounts Receivable Management Methodology. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and is a member of various industry associations. He is the recipient of the FIU 2004 Charles E. Perry Visionary Award for outstanding Alumni and was inducted to the FIU Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2006.

Mike Maseda, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Maseda is President & Chief Operating Officer for Avisena. He is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, as well as strengthening Avisena’s ability to deliver service through strategic management of operations throughout the organization. His career spans across Professional Employment Organizations/HR Outsourcing Companies (PEOs), Strategic Consulting Firms, and Telecommunications. Mr. Maseda comes to Avisena from ADP TotalSource, a division of ADP (NYSE: ADP), where he held several senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Southeast Region. While at ADP, he was instrumental in growing a $10M business to nearly $300M today as well as exceeding financial results in all categories. Before his 11 year tenure at ADP, Mr. Maseda was a Manager in Strategic Services at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Maseda holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami (UM); a Master of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York (SUNY); and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is also involved in his community as a Miami member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as well as a member of the Baptist Health Foundation.

Richard Lopez del Rincon, Executive Vice President
Mr. Lopez del Rincon is Executive Vice President for Avisena. He is responsible for developing strategies for the management, growth and leadership of the Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions throughout the organization. His career spans across Professional Employment Organizations/HR Outsourcing Companies (PEOs), Pharmaceuticals, and the University/Academia sector. Mr. Lopez del Rincon comes to Avisena from ADP TotalSource, a division of ADP (NYSE: ADP), where he held several senior leadership positions including Vice President of Client Services and Director of Sales. Before joining ADP, Lopez del Rincon spent 4 years as an integral member of the management team at Vincam Human Resources, a fast growing PEO where his contributions lead to their acquisition by ADP in March, 1999. Mr. Lopez del Rincon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Miami (UM) with a minor in Philosophy. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the University of Miami Sales Institute and holds the Senior Professional designation bestowed upon him by the Society of Human Resources Management.

Keith Ashley, Vice President of Product Development
Keith Ashley is the Vice President of Product Development. He is responsible for developing strategies for the management and direction of the product development and information technology departments. Prior to Avisena Mr. Ashley worked at Answerthink (NASDAQ: ANSR), a $300MM (FY ‘01) management and technology consulting firm, where he served as a Senior Application Developer in the Electronic Commerce and eStrategy Practices. Some of his clients include Fannie Mae, Home Shopping Network and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He holds a degree from Florida State University in Computer Science.

Carlos Escobar, Vice President of Business Process Improvement
As Vice President of Business Process Improvement for Avisena, Mr. Escobar is responsible for developing improvement projects that help the company achieve operational excellence, reduce costs and improve service quality. Before this role, Mr. Escobar was the director of Operations for Avisena. While a director, Mr. Escobar managed all the activities in the revenue cycle from essentially the company's origination to its current size. Mr. Escobar comes to Avisena from Pinnacor, former Screaming Media (NASDAQ: PNCR) where he was the Regional Sales Engineer Manager. While at Pinnacor, he helped to create a new Latin American division that resulted in double-digit sales growth and contributed to 15% of the company's total revenue. Mr. Escobar has received Six Sigma quality and business process improvement training, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami.

Allan Pacheco, Vice President of Client Services
Mr. Pacheco is a founding member of the company and is Vice President of Client Services. He is a critical member of the organization’s strategic and operating team. Prior to Avisena, Mr. Pacheco was a Director at Answerthink (NASDAQ: ANSR), a $300MM (FY ‘01) management and technology consulting firm, working with the IT strategy and architecture group. During his tenure at Answerthink, Mr. Pacheco worked with Global 2000 customers to help them transform their businesses into world-class organizations. Some of his global clients include Bausch and Lomb, Roche Pharmaceuticals, AOL/Time Warner, Marathon Ashlon Petroleum, Waste Management, McGraw Hill, Republic Industries, ADP/TotalSource, Banco De Credito del Peru, Banco National de Mexico, ACNielson, National Car Rental, Alamo Car Rental, AutoNation USA and Staff Leasing. Mr. Pacheco is also a contributing inventor on Avisena’s proprietary Accounts Receivables Management Methodology which has a U.S. patent (pending). He holds a Degree from Florida International University in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
