Your Account Manager has five major responsibilities:

• As a financial analyst, they monitor your healthcare billing and collection trends and results on a daily basis.
  
• Act as a liaison between your practice and Avisena, providing consultation, expertise, training and research in our healthcare software and solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance.
  
• Coordinate the Avisena Team of professionals specifically assigned to your account.
  
• Meet with you every month to cover your Practice Scorecard, industry updates, open requests, special projects, what’s new at Avisena, etc.
